DURING THIS TIME, WE ARE WILLING TO WORK WITH RESIDENTS WHO ARE RECEIVING ASSISTANCE RELATED TO COVID-19.

We recognize that financial insecurity is something facing many people in the country as this situation evolves.  While information as to what additional state and federal resources may become available is still emerging,  we are closely monitoring the situation so that we may assist our residents in engaging with state and federal assistance programs for financially at-risk renters (see hardships below).

Possible Hardships due to COVID-19:

  • Laid-off or furloughed
  • Reduced hours or pay
  • Providing additional care or other support to family members (i.e. kids out of school)

Please see below for a list of local and national resources that may help with the hardships listed above:

If you have proof of hardship and seeking or receiving assistance, here’s how we can work with you:

  • Temporarily reduced rents in conjunction with assistance received
  • Temporarily reduced rents in conjunction with current hardship
  • Temporarily reduced rents in conjunction with utility payments
  • No “catch-up” rents if rents temporarily reduced
  • Apply security deposits in full to April or May 2020 rents (with repayment plan)
  • Waived late fees with proof of hardship/assistance delivered

Deliver proof (or whatever you may have) of assistance, unemployment, reduced-hours, etc. to [email protected] and we will be back in touch with you.

The goal is for us as managers, you the tenant, and the owners to make this work the best we can for all of us.

*If you are unable or unwilling to provide proof of assistance or hardship then we will not be able to accommodate your request.
