At Real Property Management Delta we follow a standardized leasing process that mitigates surprises and lets our perspective residents know what to expect.  The steps to our leasing process are listed below:

  1. Schedule a viewing to get a first hand look at the property you’re interested in leasing. (For more information on scheduling a viewing click here.)
  2. If you like what you see, submit an application online @ . (For more information on the application process click here.)
  3. Once approved, finalize your move-in date, activate your online portal (by invitation only), and pay the appropriate deposits.
  4. Sign a lease (either online or in person at our office).
  5. Pay any remaining deposits and first month’s rent (prorated to day of move-in).
  6. Receive keys, schedule move-in review to document condition of home (or you can do this yourself).
  7. Schedule changeover of utilities into your name (if applicable).
  8. Welcome home!

Of course there’s bound to be questions and issues that arise during the leasing process, and to help with those we stay in touch with approved applicants to help make the transition into their new home as smooth as possible.
